How to Apply:
Agree & Pay: Review the regulations and pay the participation fee.
Video Length: Keep your video between 1.5 to 3.5 minutes. Longer videos won’t be reviewed.
Confirm Your Category: Make sure you know which category you're applying for before submitting.
Video Requirements:
Shoot in landscape orientation.
Do not overlay music on the video.
Only you should appear in the video.
No effects are allowed. (pan, rotate, zoom in out, edited, filter)
At least one pole (whether static or spinning) should be included.
Film your performance as if the camera were the audience.
If the artists wear heels, we’ll closely monitor safety and how the heels are integrated into their movement.
Quality Matters: High-quality videos score higher. Feel free to use LED lights for an extra touch!
How to Submit:
Fill Out: Complete all participant information sheets.
Upload: Post your video on YouTube or Vimeo.
Settings: Set the video to unlisted or public.
Share: Provide us with the video link. Paying first, sending a video link when you are ready is also possible. Please share your video link at lust.poledance@gmail.com includes your payment info.
After Submission:
Results: We’ll email the preliminary results within three weeks after the deadline.
Confirm Participation: Reply within five days to confirm your spot for the event. No response means disqualification. Confirmation fee 20 euro.
Feedback: Get personalized feedback on your video via email.
After you apply, you’ll receive constructive feedback from online judges, including organizer Narumi Lin and guest judge Ann Float. If selected for the final, you’ll receive personal feedback from guest instructors directly after the event.
